Figure 8 on the back cover is not reproduced in its entirety. It can be seen, in full, as Figure 17 on page 914.

The final page number on the spine of the book is incorrect. The correct final page number is 928.

ACM TOG 22(3) (ACM SIGGRAPH 2003 Conference Proceedings)

Several names were inadvertantly omitted from the author index. A corrected version (48KB PDF) is available.

Unembedded typefaces in the color plate page result in hard-to-read captions.

Color Plate 3's caption should read:

Streamlines originating from a vertical plane cuts through the most active flow area. Red (green) lines indicate flow toward (away from) the viewer, and blue lines indicate the flow in the plane.

Color Plate 4's caption should read:

Streamlines originating from a plane cutting through the most active flow area. Pink (light green) lines indicate upward (downward) flow. Gray lines indicate horizontal flow.
